Returns and Refunds Policy
We want your Fiction Hours order to arrive ready for its next chapter. If something isn’t right, please get in touch so we can help.
Returns and exchanges
Our products are printed after you order. Except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to return, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
A change of mind.
Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.
Choosing a Kindle case that does not fit your device.
Please check the crewneck size guide and Kindle compatibility details before ordering. If you’re unsure, email hello@thefictionhours.com —we’re happy to help.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing error, or contains an item different from what you ordered, email hello@thefictionhours.com within 30 calendar days of delivery, preferably as soon as you notice the issue.
Please include:
Your order number.
A short description of the problem.
Clear photos showing the item and the issue.
If several items are affected, we may also need a photo or video showing them together.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost or a refund for the affected item, including any applicable original shipping charge. You do not need to return an item for an approved damage or manufacturing claim.
The 30-day window applies to our production partner’s claims process. It does not shorten any rights you have under consumer law.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email hello@thefictionhours.com as soon as possible.
We can usually make changes or cancel before your order is sent to production. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee either. Any cancellation rights required by applicable law still apply.
Receiving your refund
Approved refunds go to your original payment method. We’ll confirm when yours has been issued; your bank or payment provider determines when it appears in your account.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty goods.
