Kindle Case FAQ

  • We use a mix of 2D and 3D-style elements in our artwork, but every design is printed flat on the case.

Details like bows, silverware, Polaroid-style photos, tile, and leather or animal-print patterns are all part of the printed image.

Any layered or textured look comes from the artwork itself.

There are no raised design details or attached decorations. 💚

  • Our current compatibility list is:

    Kindle Paperwhite
    7-inch, 12th Generation (2024-2025)

    Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition
    - 7-inch, 12th Generation (2024-2025)

    Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition
    - 7-inch, 1st Generation (2024-2025)

  • Start on your Kindle:

    1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.

    2. Tap All Settings.

    3. Open Device Options → Device Info.

Some models display the device name here. If yours doesn’t show enough detail, sign in to your Amazon account, open Manage Your Content and Devices → Devices, and select your Kindle.

Check the model and generation rather than a custom nickname such as “Shar’s Kindle.”

  • “One size” means we offer one case size for the supported models listed above. It is not a universal case.

Even if another Kindle has a 7-inch screen, its shape and dimensions may be different. Check the exact model before ordering.

  • Older Paperwhite models are outside our supported list, including the 6.8-inch, 11th Generation Paperwhite and earlier generations.

For this case, your Paperwhite needs to be the 7-inch, 12th Generation version.

  • These cases are not offered for Kindle Basic, Kindle Oasis, or Kindle Scribe.

The Kindle Scribe Colorsoft (2025) is also not compatible.

  • Our supplier explicitly confirms the Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition.

If your device is the standard Colorsoft rather than the Signature Edition, please contact us before ordering. Its compatibility has not been explicitly confirmed in the supplier’s product description.

  • Check the device’s model and generation, rather than the year you purchased it. A recently purchased Kindle can still be an older model.

Models released after 2025 are not currently included in our confirmed compatibility list.
